Notice for parents/student re School Reception

With effect from September 2017, we will no longer have Student Receptionists available to deliver messages, forgotten homework, lunch, PE kits, etc, to students.  This means that anything delivered to the school will have to be collected by the intended student themselves, between lessons or during breaks.  We will endeavour to get messages to teachers to pass on to the student via registers, but this cannot be guaranteed.  We will, of course, deal with any emergency situation appropriately.

Therefore, if you have the unfortunate task of needing to make a delivery to the school for your child, please ensure that they are aware it is happening and that they understand it is their responsibility to collect.

We are sure you can appreciate the importance of teaching personal responsibility, but also the need for students not to have their learning disrupted unnecessarily.
