Dear Parent/Carer,

We are currently planning our care package provision for after Easter. The next care package will be available on Tuesday 14th April due to Bank Holiday Monday (collection from school is between 12pm-1pm (please note the change in times)). This will still be a 5 day provision despite being issued on a Tuesday. Following care packages will be available on Mondays as normal.

If your child is entitled to free school meals, please complete the following link (even if you do not wish to receive a care package). It’s important to us that we know every child is catered for during this difficult time. If you have more than one child at Saltash Community School, please include all of their names.

If, as a result of the pandemic, you now find yourself in a genuinely difficult financial situation and would like to receive a care package, please complete the link. If you have more than one child at Saltash Community School, please include all of their names.

Please complete the following link:         This link will close at 23:59 on 5th April.

The questions will guide you through the process and offer different types of care packages depending on your current situation. This, in practice, means that some families will receive different forms of care packages. Please be aware that once you have submitted this survey, the information provided will be used as your allocation every Monday until further notice. We will not ask you to complete another survey. For example, if you state that you will collect a care package on Tuesday 14th April, a care package will be available every Monday after that, until further notice.

If your circumstances change, please contact the school direct. Amending the on-line form will not automatically change your order.

If you require any assistance with this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Many thanks

Mr Oakes
