saltash.net uses ParentPay as a method of e-payment for all school trips and services. ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, safe in the knowledge that this website has been security checked by many local authorities and uses very high internet security standards.
You have an online account activated using a unique username and password. Once you have activated your account, you will be prompted to change your username and password for future logins. Please be assured, this is a very safe and secure method of payment however those parents wishing to pay using cash should contact the Finance Office to request a PayPoint Barcode.
Please visit www.parentpay.com and activate your account via the account login area on the home page of the site.
If you have two or more children at saltash.net, you only need to activate one account to create your ‘main account’ and then add your other children via the ‘Add a child’ tab on your home page.
If you already have a ParentPay account from your child’s previous school, please login to that account and go to the view/edit profile tab on the left hand side of the screen. Here you will find the ‘add a child’ tab where you can input the username and password found on your activation letter. This will merge your child in to the saltash.net ParentPay account and you can continue to use your original login details to access the account.
ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away. Please note, not all the items showing on your ParentPay account will be items that need to be paid. Some items have to be made available to all students and should only be paid if your child has stated they wish to take part.
